All United States orders are shipped either by UPS ground, FedEx ground or U.S. Mail. Shipping charges are calculated by billiardsbay.com per individual order. Most orders are delivered to you within two to five days however some orders may take longer so allow two to fourteen days for delivery. Requesting special delivery (Next Day, 2nd Day or Express Mail) must be made and confirmed via email to brad@billiardsbay.com we do not ship out of the united states unless you contact us via email first to arrange your order Return Policy All returns must be within 30 days of the receipt of your order. Customers must email first to receive an Email Return Authorization. that authorization must be printed and sent back with the item to be returned All merchandise must be returned unused, in its original box and in re-sellable condition in order to receive full credit. We can not give credit for opened or used equipment. All returned products will be given a full refund less the original cost of shipping. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
